By using HackHQ's platform for hackathon event management ("Service"), you and the entity you represent agree to these Terms of Service. This is a binding legal agreement with HackHQ LLC governing your access and responsibilities. Please read the full terms below.

We grant you a limited license to use the Service for your internal event management business needs. You must provide accurate info, keep your account secure, use the Service lawfully, respect intellectual property rights, and avoid misuse like unauthorized access or uploading harmful content.

You own the event data (participant lists, project submissions, judge assignments, etc.) you upload ("User Content"). You grant us necessary rights only to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you. We treat your content as confidential. You are responsible for the legality and rights to your User Content.
